  Yes I hope no one is offended, but it's to show the stupidity of

  some believers. It drives me up a wall when I hear remarks like that, "oranges

  can make you gay".....Dumb, dumb , dumb....

  there are too many reasons to cite.

  suffice to say, we all know annoying people.. we don't become a hermit because of a few annoying people.

  Terry ,nice job. It's funny when I was in high school(1962-64) a small group

  of friends, well maybe two or three friends enjoyed jazz. Our other class mate

  thought we were weird. We would get together with our dates and wick.

  We called it wicking because we would light candles, a little Gin and juice and

  listen to Miles, Monk, Cannoball Adderley, Horace Silver and some Cal Tjader (Soul Sauce).

  When we invite others to our night of wicking, they would tell us "I don't get it". LOL

  Brubeck is one of my favorite composer..

  I had breakfast with 50+ JWs on Sunday

  we pulled into a hotel parking lot saturday around 6pm on the return leg of a wonderful family vacation to new england - an then fate stepped in---a man in a suit got out of a car with the rest of a picture perfect family.

  i immediately noticed all the name tags--- and my blood pressure spiked 50pts- damn!!

  i was booked in a 4 story hotel full of jws-- the only time they took off the name tags was in the swimming pool- they were so proud of themselves.. at 6:30 am the hot water went cold in the wife's shower- what do you expect on the 4th floor when a herd of jws is trying to get ready at the same time?

  Being shunned only increases my certainty that the WBT$ is a cult

  well, i don't wanna rant too much but sometimes things cut you don't they.. a family member had a get together for the family, jw and non jw and of course i wasn't invited being da'd.. i understand why they couldn't invite me but it just made me think.

  in normal society this wouldn't happen.

  i'd have been there.. the shunning is so unnatural and damaging.

  I was thinking JW should adopt this holiday, why because it fitting for the borg.

  Think about it, Dad you are so wonderful for raising me in this organization. They

  praise the men in the organization any way, why not make it scripturally. It's not

  paganism.
